About the role
- Camden's General Managers have overall responsibility for the financial and sales performance and people function of a multifamily portfolio comprised of two or more communities and/or our most complex, high NOI communities.
- With overall responsibility for both asset and people management, General Managers directly supervise Camden's Operations and Sales Managers and indirectly supervise the sales and maintenance teams.

Requirements
- General Managers must be strong leaders, with industry knowledge and the ability to utilize creative and strategic methods to maximize community income, occupancy and NOI.
