- Streamline Channel Operations as Our Next Support Specialist!
- You will join a dynamic team dedicated to removing friction, optimizing fulfillment, and delivering outstanding operational support to empower our global business partners.
- Key Exciting Responsibilities Manage and resolve incoming Salesforce operational cases with a focus on fast, high-quality solutions for dealers and sales teams.
- Partner directly with dealers and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve ordering issues preventing timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate on future-state process improvements designed to increase automation and eliminate friction across the ordering journey.
