Responsibilities
- Have previously managed product engineering teams building a reporting or data visualization product
- Have experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
- Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
- lead, coach, and grow the team while hiring strategically, identifying operational gaps, and raising the engineering bar
- Deliver against a multi-quarter roadmap spanning reporting infrastructure, enterprise reporting capabilities, AI-powered insights, and scalable data foundations
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, Platform, and business stakeholders to evolve Vanta's reporting strategy and enterprise data capabilities
- Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
