Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at major manufacturer partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships with internal partners to ensure positive partner experiences and successful delivery of client products/services, including the coordination of key manufacturer meetings requesting Category Management support as needed.
- Remain up to date on industry trends to strategize with partners.
- The National Account Manager looks for synergies and opportunities to collaborate across Vetsource customer channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience/training.
- Up to 30% travel required
- 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales within the animal health industry or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with veterinary groups and manufacturers.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and strengthening long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines, track account activity, and generate insights.

Compensation
- $88,102 - $105,000 (annualized) + $30,000 variable compensation target
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
