Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients

The Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with our enterprise level clients across our Finance and Operations technologies.
The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem.

Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or a similar EPM cloud-based technology is a plus

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
