About the role
- Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse.

- Documents patient progress toward goals and ensures documentation is accurate, complete, specific, and timely.

Requirements
- No experience required
- SRNA - Certified as State Registered Nurse Assistant in the state of Kentucky required upon hire AND
- This job description describes the general nature and level of work required by the position.

Nice to have
- High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher preferred
