Proactively manage global travel for the SVP Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations including flights, hotels, and meeting commitments.
and manage meeting logistics (e.g. room preparation, catering, check-in, etc.)
support with various Supply Chain activities to include managing calendar invites and logistics for travel to external sites and events.
Proactively and independently manage expense reports.

A minimum of 10+ years' administrative experience with at least 3 years spent supporting an executive and global leadership team
degree of personal integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
verbal and written communication skills required with a customer service mindset.

Pay Range:
In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $117,000-$136,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
