About the role
- The Fleet Service and Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, performance, and operational readiness of Wayve's autonomous vehicle fleet.
- Working closely with engineering, drivers, and operations teams, you'll help keep autonomy moving forward, every single day.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in an automotive servicing or fleet environment.
- Familiarity with mechanical and bodywork repairs using OEM repair manuals.
- Strong understanding of workshop safety and compliance standards.
- Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, this hands-on role requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to work with modern diagnostic systems, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.
Compensation
- This role is a full-time role based in Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid) and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, plus a competitive equity package.
