Responsibilities
- You will provide support to the Program and Deputy Program Manager of a 200 person contractor team that includes subcontractor personnel.
- Hardware Engineers research, design, develop, and test computer systems and components such as processors, circuit boards, and memory devices.
- They create technical schematics, support manufacturing processes, and enhance system performance by improving speed, reliability, and efficiency.
- Working frequently in laboratory environments, they collaborate closely with software teams to ensure hardware and software compatibility, utilizing expertise in electronics, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Radio Frequency (RF) Engineers support systems and system-of-systems (SoS) architecture design, testing, implementation, integration, review, and certification activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative support.
- Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative support.
