About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of scheduled and unscheduled Facilities Maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and repair building elements i.e. door, ceilings, floor coverings, lighting etc. Assist with Facilities and Production support related projects.
- Perform emergency support tasks in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security and Housekeeping. Assist with corporate vehicle washing and maintenance.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
- Maintain high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
- Takes daily direction from Facilities Lead personnel.
- To monitor and maintain the appearance of all production and support facilities.
- To increase control over a multitude of support projects and provide assistance in detailed building, production and vehicle maintenance.
Nice to have
- Prefer 1-3 years experience in Facilities Maintenance or construction.
- Knowledge and understanding of building elements required.
- Understanding of furniture systems and its installation is useful.
- High school graduate preferred.
- Ability to obtain hi-lo and man-lift certifications.
- Takes ownership in work.
- Must be safety conscientious.
- This position reports to the facilities manager
