As a member of the Victory team, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse domains translating their unique challenges to valuable solutions for our clients.

Design and develop high-quality, maintainable code for our serverless applications on AWS Utilize the Serverless Framework to build and deploy microservices that are both efficient and scalable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Lead architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Address and improve any technical issues Work together with web designers to match visual design intent

You are familiar with deploying applications to AWS.
You are already using Copilot or another AI assistant and understand your role as engineer is evolving.
You are keen to evolve and help others to do so.
Strong organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks Good ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
You have a great deal of autonomy.
