- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent work
- 5+ years of management experience required.
- Manufacturing experience (3 years preferred) in rapid growing
- Experience in injection molding and/or mattress manufacturing
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - comfortable in
- Sufficient technical knowledge to effectively interface with other
- Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various

- The compensation target for this role is: $161,500 - $190,000
