- Developing and performing immunological functional assays to assess immune cell activation, anti-tumor cytotoxicity, proliferation, and cytokine secretion to evaluate the efficacy of CAR and TCR-based T-cell therapeutics
- Can multi-task and manage time well
- Can quickly adapt to new research areas and implement new techniques independently
