For health systems, our first product dramatically accelerates clinical registry abstraction in areas ranging from surgery and cardiology, to oncology.

Build expansion strategies aligned to customer priorities and strategic initiatives, grounded in measurable value.
Develop multi-threaded executive relationships across C-suite, IT, clinical operations, and transformation teams.
Lead account planning, QBRs, forecasting, and deal strategy with rigor and executive clarity.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate time-to-value and remove friction.

Organized and analytical with strong forecasting capabilities (Salesforce proficiency preferred).

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will serve as the primary executive owner for health systems adopting applied AI infrastructure - responsible for renewal, expansion, strategic alignment, and outcomes.
The work you will do directly influences how healthcare delivers safer, faster, and more equitable care to millions of people - reducing waste, unnecessary suffering, and preventable harm.
Healthcare is at an AI inflection point - adoption is accelerating, but stakes are high.

You'll combine senior-level relationship leadership, commercial strategy, and product fluency to help customers scale successfully with Layer.
