Responsibilities
- Partner with c lient p ortfolio m anagers to translate investment recommendations into executable implementation plans
- Develop firm-level and client-level transition plans, including account mapping, strategy assignments, trading workflows, and implementation timelines
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and status updates for conversion initiatives and leadership review
- Support advisor training and adoption efforts during platform migrations
- Maintain data integrity across investment and planning systems, including Orion, Eclipse, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, custodian platforms, and reporting tools
- Perform ongoing quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve account, household, model, and reporting discrepancies
- Partner with technology and operations teams to improve system integrations, automation, and advisor workflows
- Develop procedures and controls designed to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and client experience
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition integration progress, implementation metrics, and operational service levels
- Support development of standardized implementation processes and best practices across acquired firms
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate across investment, operations, technology, and advisor-facing teams
- The candidate must h ave a minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio administration, implementation consulting, or related financial services roles
- Experience with Orion and Eclipse is essential
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Fidelity, Schwab, Raymond James, or similar advisor technology platforms preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of programmatic analysis tools a plus (Python, R, MATLAB )
