About the role
- This position works across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, and Production to ensure plant data is accurate, reports are updated, and key information is organized for management decision-making.
- Collect plant performance data from different departments and systems.
- Prepare Excel reports, charts, trend summaries, and basic data analysis for management review.
Responsibilities
- Maintain plant KPI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and action trackers.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for plant meetings, customer reviews, audits, and leadership updates.
- Support document management activities, including procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, and plant records.
- Help organize audit, management review, and customer visit support documents.
- Support other plant reporting and documentation needs assigned.
Requirements
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Engineering Technology, Operations, or related field.
- One to three years of experience in manufacturing, operations support, data reporting, document control, administrative technical support, or similar role preferred.
