You will play a critical role in driving supply chain efficiency, supporting KPI reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.

Collaborates and coordinates with the site and other sites (domestic and international) on changes in demand and forecast and makes appropriate adjustments in procurement settings based on shelf life and lead time.
This role is responsible for managing purchase orders and production work orders based on demand signals and forecasts, while coordinating closely with cross-site partners to ensure material availability and operational continuity.

Direct experience working in an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing support

Proficient analytical and mathematical skills are required.
APICS Certification is highly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Intermediate) required.
Familiarity with MRP, CRP, and MPS is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
Detail-oriented and ability to follow problem-solving processes required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.
Basic knowledge in lean concepts/tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and Kaizen is highly preferred.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
$68,900 - $84,200
