- Minimum of 10 years of experience developing inter/intra/extranet applications using Microsoft.NET Technology Stack in which 5 plus years need to be on SharePoint
- Be a key technical trusted advisor, understand and contribute to customer's solution roadmap, feasibility and architectural approach definition on SharePoint platform.
- Good understanding on latest industry buzz / trends (BI / Big Data, Cloud / Private and Public, Enterprise Mobility)
- Advice Customer Key Stakeholders with regards to Solution Roadmap
- Identify Business User's needs and carve befitting Projects meeting Customer's overall Business Goals and Objectives
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, must have solid skills to efficiently and effectively communicate business and technical requirements to programmers.
