Responsibilities
- Own the trading contribution to sportsbook P&L - handle, GGR, and margin across the full portfolio.
- Monitor performance at sport and market level, identify underperformance early, and drive corrective action.
- Drive the evolution of the trading model - including the transition to a sport-lead structure and the build-out of in-house origination capability.
- Lead, develop, and retain strong teams across the trading operation.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Strong people leadership - you build strong teams, develop directors, and create accountability without micromanagement.
Requirements
- Experience with third-party or managed service operator models, particularly in international markets.
