- The HR Business Partner is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties at the professional level, and carry out responsibilities while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Enter and maintain integrity of the data contained in the HRIS database and compile reports from database as needed.
- Partner with Recruiting to assist in onboarding and terminations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Union experience (required)
- California HR experience (required)
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to research and analyze various types of data sets

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
