About the role
- We are looking for a Product Manager focused on internal execution and product operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations
- Define and track timelines, dependencies, risks, and KPIs, and drive mitigation plans
- Maintain high quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders
- Use product analytics to validate assumptions and inform prioritization
- Support lightweight discovery by organizing research inputs and surfacing insights to senior PMs
Requirements
- 2+ years of full time product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder experience
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast paced environments
Nice to have
- exposure to DeFi or RWAs, basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
