Lead oversight and strategic direction of a diversified investment portfolio across real estate, private investments, and alternative assets.
Drive portfolio growth from ~$300M to $1B+ AUM through disciplined capital allocation and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain portfolio strategy, including risk management, diversification, and return optimization.
Deliver actionable insights to support investment decisions, capital deployment, and liquidity planning.
Implement AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
Optimize capital allocation across competing investment opportunities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable building out systems and processes from scratch.

7-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a VP of Finance or Operations role - ideally in a fast-paced, lean environment where you wore many hats.
Experience in a family office environment is a strong advantage but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication - you can distill complexity into clear recommendations.
Above all: you are a self-starter who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and gets things done without being told what to do.

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Managing Director with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead and scale a diversified investment portfolio growing from approximately $300M to $1B+ AUM.
