About the role
- In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates patient care, under the direction of nursing leadership.

Responsibilities
- Meet with patients and/or staff when patient is experiencing compliance struggles. Consistently demonstrate support to patient and the treatment process.
- Provides necessary staff coaching and support, under the direction of nursing leadership.
- Identifies and implements program revisions and appropriate unit metrics based upon patient and staff feedback as well as Performance Improvement metrics.
- Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including rounding, incident reporting, and other initiatives.
- Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- License must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, (BSN) preferred.
Compensation
- Annual re-certification is required.
