Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
- Maintain high proficiency in and adhere to all Safety Procedures and Policies.
- One (1) year of facilities maintenance experience required.
- Proficiency in most semi-skilled tasks and all unskilled tasks.
- Up to one year of equivalent experience credit may be allowed for trade/other formal training that supports the attainment of proficiency for semi-skilled and skilled work.
- Must be able to perform manual labor for extended periods in a variety of different environments, including adverse weather and high places.
- Must have good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and a good sense of balance.
- Physical Requirements:
- Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Compensation
- $47.67 - $47.67 per hour
