About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team at TOOLBX.
- You will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our product, ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience for our customers.
- This is an individual contributor role, with strong leadership influence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with TOOLBX's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholder partners.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Most construction projects are either over budget or over time, contractors struggle to optimize their procurement processes with their labor resources.
- Independent building material dealers supply the country's home builders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven product management experience, with a strong preference for experience in an entrepreneurial/start up role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Gain valuable experience with a fast-growing startup.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
