Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate FP&A, Functions Finance, and SSC leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting of Service Supply Chain (SSC) Spend and financial performance.
- Lead complex spend management and cost-efficiency initiatives across multiple SSC organizations, functions, and geographic regions.
- Establish and maintain workforce planning governance, including process controls, reporting visibility, and risk mitigation mechanisms to support effective plan execution.
- Anticipate cost pressures and emerging risks, proactively recommending opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and achieve financial objectives.
- Perform analysis of internal and external workforce data to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Support both long-term workforce planning and ad hoc business requests by delivering data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and simplification of workforce planning processes, reporting, and analytics, leveraging AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
