About the role
- As an expert of the process, you will monitor production on multiple lines while leading the QC Team.
- You are responsible to assure that company process and product quality is consistently achieving the highest levels possible to assure customer satisfaction.
- You will accomplish these standards in a dynamic, fast-paced USDA, FDA food manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, create and communicate quality control reporting data.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of computers and their programs
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated, possess high energy, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to interact in a dynamic team environment while displaying tact and diplomacy with peers and management alike in order to achieve goals.
Nice to have
- Quality certification/training/experience preferred.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
