About the role
- This Co-Op assignment provides hands‑on exposure to real-world program management practices, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision making.
- Assist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing initiatives
- Track program metrics, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Responsibilities

- Reporting to the Program Management Director, the student will support cross‑functional initiatives by assisting with planning, execution, and tracking of programs and projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs
- Support status reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices
- Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support program decisions
Nice to have
- Currently enrolled student pursuing an MBA degree or related MS degree
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with data analysis or reporting
- Advanced proficiency and ongoing interest in leveraging more complex MS Excel functionality
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, or similar) is a plus
- Interest in technology, operations, or large-scale program delivery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Prior internship or project experience in program management, project management, or operations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
