About the role
- The Consultant, Valuation ("Consultant") works independently on valuations on a variety of complex assignments with a solid understanding of appraisal principals as it relates to a multitude of asset types.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Degree required with preference having a business (real estate) background.
- Minimum two years' experience in valuation.
Skills
- Experience with appraisal related programs such as Argus are an asset.
- Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Actively engages with clients to gain an understanding of the client request and information request.
- The Consultant contributes to the software databases to ensure excellent quality of inputs to facilitate report integrity.
- Understanding of property tax and the appeal process is an asset.
Compensation
- For Vancouver, BC based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $66,000.
- Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
