About the role
- The position assists the Campus Registrar in maintaining student records, processing requests, and conducts other general clerical assignments for the Registrar's Office and the campus.
Responsibilities
- Assists with data entry and document imaging.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of student information.
- Performs electronic filing by scanning and indexing documentation received.
- Collaborates with other members of the Student Affairs team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to students.
- Maintains working knowledge of emergency/safety procedures as provided by the supervisor.

- Associates degree with comparable experience in a similar setting preferred.
