About the role

  • This role ensures consistent, high-quality finishes by managing part preparation, loading/unloading, paint mixing, quality inspections, and performing routine spray-booth maintenance while adhering to strict safety and hazardous material protocols.
  • 2nd Shift Premium: Includes an additional 20% shift differential
  • Total Hourly Earning Potential: $19.20 - $25.20 / hour

Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Maintain safe and accurate equipment operations.

Requirements

  • Mix base paints with appropriate thinners, components, and reducers (including two-part urethanes) to achieve the exact required spraying viscosity.
  • Perform routine housekeeping, clean spray booths, and replace filters as required to ensure peak transfer efficiency.
  • High level of dependability, punctuality, and the ability to strictly follow detailed work instructions.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and ascend/descend stairs during the shift.
  • The Paint Robot Assistant helps run, monitor, and maintain our automated and semi-automatic painting systems while performing manual industrial spray painting as required.

Compensation

  • $16.00 - $21.00 / hour (Starting wage determined by experience)
  • Total Hourly Earning Potential: $19.20 - $25.20 / hour
  • Financial Incentives: 20% 2nd Shift Differential included to maximize your take-home pay.
