About the role

This role ensures consistent, high-quality finishes by managing part preparation, loading/unloading, paint mixing, quality inspections, and performing routine spray-booth maintenance while adhering to strict safety and hazardous material protocols.
2nd Shift Premium: Includes an additional 20% shift differential
Total Hourly Earning Potential: $19.20 - $25.20 / hour

Mix base paints with appropriate thinners, components, and reducers (including two-part urethanes) to achieve the exact required spraying viscosity.
Perform routine housekeeping, clean spray booths, and replace filters as required to ensure peak transfer efficiency.
High level of dependability, punctuality, and the ability to strictly follow detailed work instructions.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and ascend/descend stairs during the shift.
The Paint Robot Assistant helps run, monitor, and maintain our automated and semi-automatic painting systems while performing manual industrial spray painting as required.

$16.00 - $21.00 / hour (Starting wage determined by experience)
Total Hourly Earning Potential: $19.20 - $25.20 / hour
