About the role
- Our client is hiring a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor and Project Manager to lead on-site operations while overseeing project planning and execution.
- This hybrid position blends field supervision with project management duties, requiring a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily field operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
- Plan and manage projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
- Track project milestones, anticipate and resolve issues, and maintain momentum toward goals.
- Work collaboratively across departments to support project execution and troubleshoot any challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in field supervision and project management, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).
- Flexibility to travel and occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines and project demands.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
