- TYLin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Aviation team in the northeast.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex aviation infrastructure projects throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk registers and overall project performance.
- Lead project meetings and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for client leadership.
- Support procurement strategies including Design-Bid-Build, Design- Build and alternative delivery projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that support long-term business growth.

- This role provides the opportunity to lead the delivery of some of the region's most complex airport and transportation infrastructure programs, working alongside airport authorities, public agencies, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
- The ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Approximately 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large capital infrastructure projects.
- Experience administering consultant and construction contracts.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, change management and contract administration.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain.
- Experience delivering aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with airport authorities, transportation agencies or other public owners.
- Knowledge of FAA, Port Authority or other major aviation client standards.

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex public-sector capital programs.
- Strong background in construction management, project controls, budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually for this position and local market.
