- If so, Guardian is seeking a Client Manager Associate who will be the main contact for client relationships in the 2-99 life segment.

Nice to have
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in account management or sales.
- Group insurance experience a plus
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Demonstrated success in working with brokers/consultants as well as sophisticated clients.
- Ability to analyze data to influence and execute on renewal decisions along with deploying the right solutions for the client.
- Ability to leverage all sales enablement technology, training, and tools with proficiency in key technology platforms:
Compensation
- $45,570.00 - $74,865.00
- The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
- The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
- In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
