- Map and document existing processes to create clear, structured process flows
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements
- Analyse quality and operational data to identify trends and support improvement initiatives
- Develop dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Power BI) to track performance and key metrics
- Support the definition and alignment of KPIs across departments and sites
- People who deliver top performance and push the limits of what's possible.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently studying towards a degree
