Responsibilities
- Lead complex category and color assortments, global launch calendars, and strategic tiered pricing models
- Leverage predictive analytics, Market place analytics and AI-driven insights to proactively identify growth pockets and optimize in-season inventory, moving beyond reactive recapping to aggressive, data-backed commercial decision-making.
- Manage existing processes, systems, and calendars and create new ones to drive efficiency
- We build products in service of the greater good, for this generation and the next.
- We are looking for a Senior Merchant to lead our Men's Apparel and Shoes & Accessories (ShaCC) businesses.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive merchandising experience, preferably across apparel and accessories
- Deep knowledge of the Men's apparel, Women's footwear, and Women's accessories global marketplace
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, P&L ownership, and strategic sourcing
- Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional landscapes
- Advanced proficiency in merchandising ERPs, data visualization tools, and retail math
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Design, Production, and Marketing to execute seamless 360-degree product stories
