Responsibilities
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing, and on-going relationship management. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and quickly determine the "must haves" vs. "nice to haves"
- Recommend ideas, strategies, and processes related to recruitment that will contribute to long-range growth of the team and further Stefanini's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
- 3+ years of corporate, search firm, or RPO recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Your recruiting focus will vary from helpdesk/desktop technician roles to niche technical, engineering and development positions so you must be able to handle recruiting projects of varying complexity and scale.
- You have a vital role in maintaining exceptional communication with clients while simultaneously guiding candidates through the process
- Must be able to recruit passive candidates and demonstrate the value proposition of the current opportunity
