About the role

  • Events Workshops Assist in the planning and execution of student events including career workshops, orientation activities, undergrad intensives and special programs like the Junior Mentorship Program.

Responsibilities

  • This role provides administrative support for student services operations, including processing graduation applications, tracking internship and workshop requirements, maintaining student records, and managing academic-related forms and documentation.
  • Provide general office support including data entry, calendar management, and document preparation.

Nice to have

Skills

  • Help coordinate peer advisor communications and student follow-ups.
  • Respond to general student inquiries regarding academic processes, forms, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Assist with the processing and tracking of student forms, graduation applications, internship requirements, and workshop completion records.
  • Coordinate logistics such as room reservations, calendar listings, materials prep,hospitality, and event follow-up.
  • Liaise with guest speakers and presenters as needed.
  • Contribute to the accuracy of internal scheduling, catalog reviews, and departmental documentation.
