Role Overview The Product Owner is accountable for defining and delivering solutions that drive real business and customer outcomes within a complex IT environment.
You will create clarity where there isn't any, align stakeholders who don't always agree, and drive delivery forward-consistently.
You take ownership, push work forward, and create clarity without waiting
You manage stakeholders who disagree, drive alignment where possible, and move forward without perfect consensus
The Product Owner is accountable for defining and delivering solutions that drive real business and customer outcomes within a complex IT environment.

The candidate must be available every working day for at least 1-2 hours between 14:00/15:00 and 16:00 CET (5:00/6:00 AM to 7:00 AM PST/Las Vegas time), so they can collaborate with the Poland team in real time.
Because our client relies on regular, face-to-face collaboration once a week, candidates must have dependable transportation and be comfortable navigating a weekly commute to the Las Vegas Strip.

Commitment & Commute Requirements We are looking for a candidate who is already based in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan Area or within a comfortable, reliable driving distance for a weekly commute.
