Responsibilities
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support the seamless transfer of new products from development into high-volume manufacturing. Coordinate the fabrication of engineering samples and "hot lots."
- Excursion Management: In the event of a manufacturing issue, lead the task force to identify the source of the problem, contain affected material, and implement corrective actions (8D reports).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues to both internal executives and external foundry partners.

- Lead root-cause analysis for any yield excursions or process deviations using statistical process control (SPC) data.
- A "resident" mentality-you are comfortable working autonomously at a partner site while remaining deeply connected to Allegro's corporate goals and values.
Requirements
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or Spotfire).
Skills
- Audit foundry process flows for Allegro-specific technologies (BCD, High Voltage, TMR).
- Ensure adherence to agreed-upon Process Control Plans (PCP) and Quality Agreements.
Compensation
- The anticipated starting base salary for this position level is between $115,000 and $170,000.
Benefits
- Monitor daily line health and wafer sort yields.
- Actual starting pay will be carefully determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, specialized skills, localized market conditions, and internal equity.
