Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

  • Provide training and technical support while assisting with responses to product quality concerns.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales and Purchasing Departments.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience performing quality inspections on electronic components, with demonstrated ability to make accurate conformance decisions.
  • Quality Inspection Experience: 3-5+ years of experience performing quality inspections on electronic components, with demonstrated ability to make accurate conformance decisions.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic components and proper handling procedures within an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA).
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic failure analysis methodologies, including decapsulation, solder testing, and basic electrical or functional testing preferred.
  • Failure Analysis Knowledge: Familiarity with basic failure analysis methodologies, including decapsulation, solder testing, and basic electrical or functional testing preferred.

Skills

  • Conduct inspection skills and technical training sessions for Quality Inspectors.
