- Provide training and technical support while assisting with responses to product quality concerns.
- Provide technical support to the Sales and Purchasing Departments.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience performing quality inspections on electronic components, with demonstrated ability to make accurate conformance decisions.
- Quality Inspection Experience: 3-5+ years of experience performing quality inspections on electronic components, with demonstrated ability to make accurate conformance decisions.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic components and proper handling procedures within an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA).
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
- Familiarity with basic failure analysis methodologies, including decapsulation, solder testing, and basic electrical or functional testing preferred.

Skills
- Conduct inspection skills and technical training sessions for Quality Inspectors.
