About the role
- Our Program Management team serves as the connective tissue across Product and Engineering, and key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, and Professional Services.
- This individual contributor role serves as the Directly Responsible Individual for assigned initiatives, accountable for delivery outcomes, execution rigor, and stakeholder alignment.
- Predictable, on-time delivery of complex cross-functional technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage product development initiatives across Product and Engineering and/or technical initiatives with IT.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, success metrics, dependencies, and implementation plans and drive alignment and commitment to delivery outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, communication plans, release schedules, and status reporting.
- Drive quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, prioritization, and execution tracking activities.
- Drive decision-making across stakeholders by clearly framing tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations, and escalating with proposed paths forward.
- Partner closely with engineering, data and IT teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies to inform execution planning.
- Support and maintain program governance standards, reporting frameworks, operating cadences, and execution processes.
