About the role

  • We are seeking a motivated Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Acton, MA.
  • You will be part of the Products Group, collaborating closely with colleagues across inventory, logistics, sales, production, and engineering.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving problems, and supporting both technical teams and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ERP system with accurate part numbers, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Maintain specified minimum inventory levels and prevent overstocking.
  • Place timely purchase orders to support production schedules.
  • Track and manage items with long lead times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, production control, logistics, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems for inventory and production control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with SAP (highly desired)
  • Previous experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean Principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven, or operations-focused environment.

  • Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Self-starter, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred
  • Professional training or certifications in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or production planning (e.g., ASCM/APICS, CPL, CLTD).

Compensation

  • $52,000 - $65,000 per year
  • (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

  • Base salary range: $52,000 - $65,000 per year
