Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and export paperwork.
Manage carrier relationships and work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and couriers to resolve shipment issues.
Monitor delivery schedules and prioritize critical shipments to support production timelines.
Track material availability and supplier performance to support procurement and production teams.
Support receiving, inspection coordination, and material handling in compliance with quality standards.
Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO and shelf-life controls.
Enter and maintain logistics data in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Support compliance with FAA, ITAR/EAR, and AS9100 standards.
Maintain traceability documentation for serialized and flight-critical components.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.

Ability to lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance.
Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments, including exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative and data entry tasks.

Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience.
2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain experience.
Working knowledge of shipping methods and trade compliance (ITAR/EAR awareness a plus).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
ERP experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Role Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials, components, and finished systems across Heven AeroTech's supply chain.
Working closely with the Director of Logistics, this position supports procurement flow, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving operations, and cross-functional coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn and improve processes, humble in team-based problem solving, and smart in navigating complex logistics challenges with strong judgment and communication.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
