Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and export paperwork.
- Manage carrier relationships and work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and couriers to resolve shipment issues.
- Monitor delivery schedules and prioritize critical shipments to support production timelines.
- Track material availability and supplier performance to support procurement and production teams.
- Support receiving, inspection coordination, and material handling in compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO and shelf-life controls.
- Enter and maintain logistics data in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Support compliance with FAA, ITAR/EAR, and AS9100 standards.
- Maintain traceability documentation for serialized and flight-critical components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments, including exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative and data entry tasks.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain experience.
- Working knowledge of shipping methods and trade compliance (ITAR/EAR awareness a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Role Summary:
- The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials, components, and finished systems across Heven AeroTech's supply chain.
- Working closely with the Director of Logistics, this position supports procurement flow, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving operations, and cross-functional coordination.
- This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn and improve processes, humble in team-based problem solving, and smart in navigating complex logistics challenges with strong judgment and communication.
- Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
