Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager

- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager.
- Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work.
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
- Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
