About the role
- The technician will be responsible for test and fault isolation to ensure conformance with product specifications.
- Run automated tests and be able to comprehend the results. - Ability to follow process guides and work instructions.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in electronics or a related field of study.
- 0-1 years' experience as a technician or in a related field.
- In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 2 years of related hands-on training experience related to electronics is required.
- Familiarity with technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
- Familiarity with test concepts and techniques, and test standard lab equipment.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Do you have an aptitude for troubleshooting and technical expertise?
- Ability to travel may be required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- RF troubleshooting and testing experience.
- Board level diagnostics.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance.
- Perform testing processes on equipment, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Conduct fault isolation and troubleshooting, requiring hand/finger dexterity.
- Analyze and document test results, spending significant time on computers.
- Work in potentially hazardous or loud environments, following safety protocols.
