About the role
- Oversees all Team Member Experience (TMX) site level programs and processes to enable
- achievement of KPI's such as team member engagement, turnover, retention and talent development.

Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership (GM, PM) to strengthen engagement, improve retention, and cultivate a
- development to support sound decision-making.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to
- Analyze HR data and KPIs to identify trends, guide decision-making, and support action planning.
- Support the delivery of Organizational Development programs such as Survey Review and Action Planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 2+ years of HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Ability to influence and coach leaders
- Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems
- Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Trustworthy - capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
