About the role

Responsibilities

  • A Series A, YC-backed AI startup ($18M raised) building the platform for B2C companies to manage voice AI agents at scale.
  • Engineers here own the full lifecycle from ideation to production.
  • You will identify customer problems, design solutions, and ship to production on day one.
  • We provide relocation and visa support for exceptional talent.
  • Technical screening & reverse system design.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-velocity, YC-style environments.
  • You know how to make pragmatic trade-offs. -
  • You are more interested in "cool tech" than solving business problems.

Compensation

  • Reference checks Package: - Salary: 85k EUR - 160k EUR - Location: Berlin (On-site) - Relocation & Visa support available.
