- This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment, including complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and perform corrective maintenance on complex production systems to minimize downtime and maximize operational availability.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Requirements

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to operate effectively under pressure, logically diagnose equipment casualties, and take decisive action to restore operation.
- Technical Documentation: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from complex schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with pumps, valves, compressors, and fluid systems OR strong electrical aptitude with power distribution, control systems, and electronics.

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with pumps, valves, compressors, and fluid systems OR strong electrical aptitude with power distribution, control systems, and electronics.
- Operations & Maintenance Experience: Experience gained as a qualified operator or maintenance technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment is highly desired.
- Education & Bonus Skills: A technical degree or certification is a plus. Experience with lasers, vacuum systems, or high-pressure systems is a significant bonus. Completion of the Naval Nuclear Power School, Prototype, and a sea tour serves as an exceptional equivalent to formal education.
