Requirements
- Higher credentials like a full CPC, CCA, RHIT, CDIP, or CCDS are also gladly accepted, but not required.
- Superhuman Attention to Detail: You are the person who catches the missing word or the slight contradiction that everyone else skims past.
- You can easily spot content that sounds right but is clinically unsupported.
- You have prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) review programs.
- You are already familiar with telehealth documentation or editing AI-generated clinical content.
- Kindly ensure that you are always in communication with only authorized recruiters of TaskUs.
- You understand the unique structure and language required for these records.

- Ensure documentation aligns with behavioral health standards, distinguishing between appropriate clinical language and inappropriate or robotic phrasing.
- You know your way around outpatient psychiatry, therapy, or mental health notes.
- You have spent time working in a BPO or managed services environment within healthcare or health tech.
